The round TFB 55 paraffin stretch bath is a highly robust, compact aluminium device for easy and safe stretching and drying of cut tissue samples in the histological and pathological laboratory. The tissue flotation bath TFB 55 provides a circular water bath with exact mechanical temperature regulation. Its bath well and edge are made of high quality aluminium with black coating. This special surface provides higher protection against localized corrosion as compared to Eloxal coating. Object carriers can be deposited on the wide, heated edge of the bath for storage and drying. The TFB 55 paraffin stretch bath operates in a temperature range from + 30 ° C to + 90 ° C. With the temperature controller, the desired temperature can be precisely adjusted to +/-2 ° C. As an additional equipment, we recommend our accessory set, consisting of a silver powder-coated aluminium lid to protect the water from pollution, a thermometer 0-100 ° C and a thermometer holder. These components are also available individually.
